The meet cute(s)

March 2021: Scott takes Sierra out to dinner at Sidewinders which turns into talking until 5am by the Missouri River. Listening to Scott's killer playlist and talking about family and values, it was the perfect night. Sierra hints at pulling an all nighter and getting Granny's donuts, but Scott had to work or something like that. A weekish later his sister tattles on him to their mother that Scotty has a girlfriend. 

July 2021: Scott and Sierra go on their first crazy adventure on a 4 day float trip on the Missouri River with good archery friends. The pair are both unsuccessful at fishing, and learn to tolerate each other's methods of relieving their bladders while on a canoe. 

March 2022: Scott visits Sierra's hometown for the first time and he admits California isn't all bad. Sierra naps peacefully while Scott is trapped in a 8 hour car drive to Sequoia national park with Sierra's father, Damien, so the two men are forced to talk the whole drive. Pretty sure it went well...

April 2022: Sierra convinces Scott to get a dog, and Juniper joins the family. The little potato pup refuses to sleep alone in the crate, and would only settle down sleeping on the bed. Her favorite spot was on the pillow. 

May 2022: Sierra, once again, convinces Scott to go to a traditional archery tournament in Oregon. Most of the trip was spent in the rain in the pickup camper, leaks were found. Juniper does so well letting everyone know that Scott or Sierra was walking away to go collect arrows, and it was not ok and they were going away for forever, she knew it. 

March 2023: After Scott fights for his life to drive Sierra back home from Buffalo Montana, Ebbett joins the family. The drive back home was a nightmare white out in Sierra's little Dodge Dakota, only able to go 30mph in 4-wheel drive over the Bozeman pass. But don't worry, the pup was sound asleep and had a great time.

August 2023: Scott learns how well Sierra can handle an impact driver on a fence in Billings.

February 2024: Sierra & Scott go to Nashville for their first ever adult vacation. Visiting the Grand ole Opry, Johnny Cash museum, attend a NHL Predators game, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, and zooming through the South on electric scooters. Even though there was plenty of rain to go around, the trip was perfect and time well spent.

November 2024: Scott doesn't think it's funny when Sierra cracks killer jokes when the top half of the pickup camper blows off the truck on the interstate in Washington State. Sierra had a good point that the fuel mileage would be better on the way home...

December 2024: Scott finally pops the question, and Sierra giggles and says yes. No wonder Scott was being so weird about looking at the sunset while feeding horses in East Helena. 

January 2025: Sierra & Scott go out of the country for the first time in their lives to Belize for the Stephens family vacation. Enjoying wonderful family time, fresh fruits and fish, and plenty of rum and salt water to go around. A perfect way to celebrate Mr. & Mrs. Stephens' 25th anniversary.

September 2025: Scott & Sierra say 'I Do'
